According to the best information I can gather, Fels Naptha no longer contains Stoddard's Solvent (The info on Wikepedia is dated, obviously.) or Napthalene, etc.

It is an excellent spot remover and I use it in preference to other soaps when I make my own liquid laundry detergent. I don't think it is intended to be a face, body, or hand soap; but a laundry soap (We used to use bar soap to do laundry in a tub with a washboard when I was a child); and I would advise it for this purpose.
